At the vaMoos restaurant in Wagrain, we combine high-quality ingredients with creative, modern cuisine. Our dishes are carefully composed, familiar and surprising at the same time – ideal for a relaxed dinner, special occasions or enjoyable hours with friends.
One thing is particularly important to us: regional cuisine of the highest quality – but in an uncomplicated atmosphere. In addition to our bar & bistro menu – which is available daily – our restaurant days feature juicy steaks, creative main courses and a changing daily menu.

For those who want to remain flexible, we also offer selected dishes as takeaway in Wagrain. Freshly prepared and carefully packaged, you can enjoy our quality on the go, at home or in your apartment.
A selection of dishes from our vaMoos Restaurant, Bar & Bistro and the highest quality pizzas based on our recipe from Pizza Maestro Enzo with fresh ingredients from Italy and the region await you. Order conveniently online, pay, select a time and pick up on time – convenience à la Luigis!

vaMoos Breakfast
Daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Our breakfast at vaMoos is the perfect start to the day. Look forward to a varied selection of fresh, high-quality products – served in a relaxed atmosphere, also available on the terrace with a view of the mountains around Wagrain.
From 1 March, all Hofgut guests will also have the option of ordering a breakfast basket to take away – conveniently from their bed via our online shop. PS: If you have already booked your apartment with breakfast, you can redeem your credit via the QR code in your room or on Luigi’s Take Away tablet.

Every Wednesday from mid-May to the end of August, we’re hosting an Italian vibe. Dishes from our outdoor show kitchen, special drinks, matching beats and original craftsmanship – strictly tested by our Italian team members!
vaMoos Stage
Summer is the time for our vaMoos Stage. Musicians from the region – led by our very own Tobi Archam – give their best every Friday from 6.30 p.m. All-time hits, Austropop and rock invite you to enjoy a cosy sundowner.
Salzburg schmeckt gourmet weeks
In addition to the already regional offerings, vaMoos is once again collaborating with ‘Salzburg schmeckt’ to offer a range of dishes sourced directly from the surrounding area. Taste first is our motto for this year.
